Free Fire Games

Free Fire - Battlegrounds is a third-person action game that's openly inspired by PUBG. Here, you'll join a group of up to 50 players battle to the death on an enormous island full of weapons and vehicles. Only one player will make it off of this island alive.

The controls in Free Fire - Battlegrounds are simple: on the left side of the screen you have the virtual d-pad to control your character, while on the right side, there's buttons to shoot, crouch, lay down, and jump. When you find a weapon, crate, vehicle, or a door, you interact with it by tapping on the button that appears onscreen. In the upper right corner, you'll also find your inventory where you can select the weapon you want to use.

The way the game develops in Free Fire - Battlegrounds is very similar to the aforementioned PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds or any other battle royale-type game. The game starts out with all the players landing on the island via parachute. As soon as they land, they have to set off running to find weapons and survive the attacks from the rest of the players. Also, you have to watch out for the force field that will gradually close in on you as the game goes on. If it reaches you, you're dead. Luckily, you can use vehicles if you get stuck too far behind.

The main difference between Free Fire - Battlegrounds and other similar games is that, instead of hosting games of 100 players, there are only 50. And the duration is adjusted accordingly. Instead of playing for 30 minutes, most rounds only last around 15 minutes. Basically, it's a faster and more hectic PUBG.

Free Fire - Battlegrounds is a battle royale that offers an incredibly fun and addicting game experience. The game also takes up less memory space than other similar games and is much less demanding on your Android, so practically anyone can enjoy playing it.

Free Fire is the ultimate survival shooter game available on mobile. Each 10-minute game places you on a remote island where you are pit against 49 other players, all seeking survival. Players freely choose their starting point with their parachute, and aim to stay in the safe zone for as long as possible. Drive vehicles to explore the vast map, hide in trenches, or become invisible by proning under grass. Ambush, snipe, survive, there is only one goal: to survive.

What Are Battle Royale Games?

“Battle Royale” is actually the name of a Japanese movie that was shot in 2010. The movie is about a dystopian future, where a group of ninth-grade students kills each other for survival. Well, gamers love dystopian futures so they turned the concept of this movie into a game. The most known example of this genre is “Player Unknowns Battlegrounds”.
Free Fire is also a “Battle Royale” game. Its playing field is a small island, which looks like this:

50 players are “thrown” to this island and each one tries to be the last player alive. That’s right: Your goal is to kill other players. The island has lots of buildings and a rich flora. Buildings contain loot (such as weapons and armor) and flora can be used to hide and ambush other players. At the beginning of the game, nobody has any weapon or armor. Once you hit the ground, you are free to do whatever you want – it is even possible to attack other players with your bare hands. As can be guessed, however, arming yourself with weapons and protecting your body with armor before starting a massacre is a better idea. Let’s do that first, shall we?

First Steps: Starting the Game

The main screen of Free Fire is pretty simple:

Start by clicking on the “newbie rewards” button. Free Fire awards players free items based on the number of days they log in. Your first reward is a free t-shirt. 24 hours later, you can get a free armor crate too. Check this screen often to collect your rewards. Most of them are cosmetic items and give no advantage to you in terms of gameplay, but you get to look “cooler”.

Let’s start playing: You can play Free Fire solo, duo, or with a team. There are two types of matches: ranked and normal. Since we are a beginner, regular gameplay should be our choice until we have enough experience. Start a solo match now by pressing the same-named button. Based on the number of online players, your first match will start in a couple seconds or minutes. After the first loading screen, you will be placed in a “waiting area” with other players. Just wait until the countdown ends – there is nothing you can do in this area. Other than looking at the faces of your competitors of course.
